Service Description

Upon approval, you may enter Hindssight Fitness & Wellness on your own to either 1) complete a workout designed by yourself Or 2) complete a workout provided by Jermain or Dre. Which ever option you decide, remember the basics of all sessions - thorough warm up and cool down, safe lifting, ease off if feeling too fatigued, light headed, unsteady, and be honest with your efforts. Remember to leave the studio better than you found it. Enjoy your session.
